First Step: Get raw materials(wood fiber, HDPE, additive) ready.

Second step: Mix all the raw materials together and store them in a silo.

Third step: Extrude the mixed pellets to WPC products.

Fourth step: Emboss the wood grain on the surface.

Fifth step: Surface treatment including sanding and cutting.

Sixth step: Pack the products and store properly.

A: Yes, we can provide free samples but charge for shipping.

A: The MOQ for WPC decking is 200sqm with a single model and color, for WPC cladding is 200sqm with a single model and color. If the order quantity doesn’t reach the MOQ, it will be a start-up fee of $350 per model.
