HSUNG WPC wall cladding products have been obtained FCS, LEED, CE, and ISOcertifications.It is made from 95% recycled materials. It is non-toxic with non-odor and non-formaldehyde. Nowadays forest resource has been increasingly scarce. We all should be concerned about deforestation.
360° Capped
HOSUNG Superior WPC fluted cladding is capped by sturdy weather-resistant material, making it much more moth-proof, weather-resistant, UV-resistant, and scratch-resistant.
MAINTENANCE-FREE
HOSUNG composite materials would stand up to decades of day-to-day use without the backbreaking work of sanding, staining, and painting traditional cladding. It won't rot, crack, or splinter. The only thing you ever need to do is occasional water cleaning.
Company & Factory
First Step:
Get raw materials(wood fiber, HDPE, additive) ready.
Second step:
Mix all the raw materials together and store them in a silo.
Third step:
Extrude the mixed pellets to WPC products.
Fourth step:
Emboss the wood grain on the surface.
Fifth step:
Surface treatment including sanding and cutting.
Sixth step:
Pack the products and store properly.

Packaging and Container Loading
Firstly, pallets are used to store the goods and keep them off the ground. Secondly, the goods are wrapped in plastic woven bags with HOSUNG logo or the customized brand logo, securely. Finally, the goods are loaded into trucks and ready for delivery.
